there are a couple of options re capital:

1. sell gold assets to market - see PAN for "typical" approach.......
2. sell fwd some of the ni reserves (to BHP)
3. raise equity (say 30-40m).
4. some sort of convertible bond / note

I would expect Management to wait until Ni prices > 650/lb (US) - to minimise risks upon restart (again see PAN when not done quite right!).

mr market knows the quantum reqd, it doesn't know exact timing. it would be "awesome" if they managed to sell part of the gold assets to fund restart, and Cass was the 1st cab off the rank (with capital required << 15m, b/c of its shallow depth). but that is speculation on my part.
