macrae can you please answer my question as to do you still believe eugene kopp is a director of prr as you posted on the 21/4/09 after you exited your postion in prr.he is not a director but you stated he was and im sure you know he is not and has not been for a while now since martin rogers and new board came into place.im sure you know how to find out if someone is and isnt a company director with your experience in the market.anyway here is your post that may have scared a few prr holders that eugene may dump more shares..

Eugen Kopp is still a Director who sold on market last time Raks. The only Director with any ordinary shares is the Finance Director Mr Hains (from memory around 3.3m of them) - the rest pretty much have options. I hope Hains has held onto them for the company's sake.
