    I guess thats one way of putting it. Seems though Cromwell came up with an offer which was acceptable to the CNP board but the CNP lenders odered CNP to reject it. Personally as a holder of CMW I am not sorry to see this rejected as I thought it was biting off a bit too much for CMW
