I can't access the report due to paywall but I am guessing the suggestion is kkl will relist and almost immediately do a CR. it would appear to be the only reason they have any incentive to actually get back on ASX. Not sure who they would convince as an outside investor? rights issue, good luck with that too. Awkward situation as they have no cash to do anything impressive and get investors excited before raising, just promises of technologies still supposedly in development.
