I agree Mozmet that (again if we assume there is insider knowledge, which i dont think there is IMO) there could be selling off to get rid of TON before a bad announcement.
or
It could be the lowering of TON's SP to aqquire a stronger position before the release of terrific results and the skyrocketing of TON SP.
Either way, good or bad news, inside knowledge or not.. everything is speculation at present IMO
