I think there is a lot of validitiy in what you say re unless there is real action there is unlikely to be any signficiant upward movement in SP, and I think that probably means at least a 12 month wait.
As far as :
"LDM can buy all the stock he want... he can buy the entire company below 10c."
- I dont think LDM has those sort of deep pockets even at 10c per share and below. However Andy Greig, maybe a different stroy given his connection to Bechtel and sitting on the Bechtel Board with Fotune 500 rich listers. Also Chairman DV, as MD/CEO for SGH seems to have good connections with very well heeled/deep pocketed individuals.
