could be. The MD has said they will be cash flow positive soon and a therefore a buyback could be on the cards. How do they use the cash? Capital reconstruction? Privatisation? Although they have said they are looking at aquisitions I can't see them making one on OZ soil as they basically dominate the IT security market here since purchasing Baltimore.
At these prices SNX has to be a likely takeover target....particularly from an overseas IT giant who wants greater market share in Australia/Asia.
anyway,Until they annouce they are back in the black I think it will continue to trade around these levels
