    Wow... yep, you could conclude that is the case.

    Best practise corporate governance usually has a window between reporting periods where directors/ related parties are able to trade shares (ie when the market is fully informed about all the information related to the shares of the company), and they have to table to the board the proposed trades for approval,..... so given the dates of trades as per the ASX release, a "reasonable person" could conclude Kate knew, or should have known about this selling.

    Also raises a question? Was the market fully informed about ALL the information pertaining to the company in the period of this related party selling? .
