For me that indicates that we have a company with a clear vision for where it wants to be and will not just sit around while having others doing work on various current projects.
MHL are well placed for expansion and have an excellent team to achieve it. I just can't see the negatives that have been around lately, all research so far has indicated to me that this is most certainly a keeper as it progresses.
