    I have sent my proxy to the company voting against the Incentive Rights to the MD and I encourage all holders to do the same and send a message to BPT that we don't agree to reward executives unless they perform!

    His salary is outrageous enough for company with no assets of substance and no sign of any action to date to put some value back into the shares.
