Yes, BUT...When when talk about nickel (and COBALT) =WoWo, , we should not only concentrate on the Chinese...there are others out there who "may" be interested in the Behemothean WoWo reserves.....
...They are only now emerging from their Rip Van Winklean lethargy and realise that WoWo, maybe the last (huge) deposit in the Southern Hemisphere that can be bought at very-very bargain prices!!!
