    Not sure why you are asking this question, where is the magnet manufacturing capacity?
    If you are spending 37billion euros from 2020 to 2024 I think you can spare a few quid to setup a a few magnet manufacturing plants. I am sure the Germans have this all sorted so no need to worry.
