also interesting reading the AFR today about MMA offshore .. in 2020 they were a debt ridden company trading below NTA value. Peter Kennan and black crane took part in a refinance and Peter joined the board. Allan Grey also participated in the recap.
today MMA has investors worried the takeover offer is not high enough given the strong business performance.
Peter knows how to spot an undervalued opportunity and was still here rolling up at these price levels just 6 months ago.
makes me think we have a fair way to go
