As a degreed Chemical Engineer, I really don't understand all the fuss about the scale up from what was done in California to what we plan to do on site. These guys are smart and will get it done after some optimization trials.
This will be a "watershed" year, more satisfying than last year seeing actual construction on the near horizon.
