    Read on after the announcement-MD resigns because he cant be around long enough to bail out ship, but presided while ship has been sinking. PHL bought 24 businesses will reduce to 14, all those dentists will be laughing all the way to the bank.Businesses not making the money that they used to make. WHY? Same proprietors new owners. Profit downgrade parked at bottom of announcement.
    Lets remember which company they originally where....PULSAT... Say no more.
