there are plenty of posts of yours that go the other way. I could do the same thing.
Lets talk instead about the topic, and the MD's stock ownership will of course, line up as the options become worthwhile exercising.
As I've said, things haven't lined up in the past but it's crucial to try to understand why. Not all the causes are within the MD's control.
