Initially most major buy orders at low prices were pulled about 2 weeks ago, then finally the lack of trading action for weeks has now depleted the sell side as well.
Many sellers expected a run which did not eventuate and built up at 1.5 cents.

In my opinion, in order to surpass 1.5 well into the 2 cent area ( where price will have to be for the options to be safely in the money )is the name of the game and much easier to achieve without the wall at 1.4 and 1.5.

This is getting ready for the action we have been expecting for a long time, it is set up to run fast and hard.
