Imo pandemic or no pandemic they never had intentions on moving past phase 3. Was always intended to end where it ended. Using pandemic and lack of funds as an excuse to disappear with the golden goose. Happens all the time on asx and is always scripted. Showing they can do what they want. Its all about the money 60 million $ for example at MDC. Wonder where it all really went.

Hype something up so long and make out as if it's a winner through news releases and then just end it and disappear blaming it on the pandemic. The Nanocelle technology after being heavily funded now in the hands of people who never paid for it. Beyond belief.
