I'm only guessing here, but CTX's SP is at 2004 levels so I doubt it will drop much further. As stated before their NTA is $10.60 so anything under that is a bargain.
At current SP levels that represents a 5% undervaluation, which is pretty good for a top rated company.
(TLS is the nearest undervalued 'top' company but there are obvious reasons behind that.)
If they don't succeed with their proposal they will have a wad of cash in their hands... Perhaps giving some back to us shareholders or investing in some other prospect.
The real question is, if they succeed in getting Mobile, what then will become of CTX?
