    Great shame with MDL, why couldnt they have done this sooner. Why didnt they give existing shareholders conversion of MDL shares to Terango new IPO instead of a CDI and a consolidation of 1 for 10.
    They lost a lot of good long term shareholders who stood by them for many years.
