MDM is the small company that is owned by us that owns the Shockrounds patents.

So if we ever sell Shockrounds then you will probably see the end of MDM as an asset.

Someone like Taser may want the patent and may also want Oraline. Taser have thousands of sales reps on the road teaching law enforcement the correct procedures in using their products so Oraline would fit in very nicely there and add to Taser's excellent line of products.

I would think that companies the size and likes of Taser have been watching the progress of Sun Biomedical very closely. In fact I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a leftfield takeover attempt by one of them. Moreso once we can prove we can are cashflow positive. The pending quarterly report will obviously shed more light on that.
