In Australia PCK breakeven was 30000 beds. They just signed a contract with the Australian Government to fund 100000 beds. So for their Australian operations they are now profitable however that won't hit the books until next quarter.
They are now expanding into the UK with a contract signed and are working on Singapore and NZ. In the pipeline is also Europe. I imagine much of the profit will go towards funding this expansion.
The parallels between the life cycle and expansion of PCK and MDR have some striking similarities. The management team of both are top class. They are all invested in the company and the registers are fairly tightly held. Though I'd say MDR is more illiquid but an announcement and bounce in share price can change all that.
i like holding both these companies and I think they are both going far. Cracking the US is where it's at.
