500 K Salary
200 K Bonus
One Million shares, in the form of performance rights which are currently worth 200K (With potential increase in value)
What irks me is that only a fraction of his remuneration is based on increasing shareholder value. It is only the 3rd tranche of 250,000 shares that are subject to the main thing shareholder are interested in. Market Capitalisation
Perhaps a significant percentage should be base on whether the factory can produce batteries any time soon.
Given the SP is languishing below the raising price who else is unhappy with the remuneration report.
