    All we are trying to do here is to see how other REITs are performing. I am happy that inspite of pretty bad results from BJT & MDT , share price is holding well. Most of the REITs are doing valuations based on rental income and Cap rate. There is big similarities when we talk about CER.

    Let's hope CER's valuations are not as bad.
