article on bloomberg doesnt paint a very pretty picture of commercial property in the US.....

I recently sold out of my cer with a decent profit..... after averaging all the way down 10C in jan to 2.3C in april or when ever it was?.... avg ended up around 6c......

I might look to get back in at some point......

But right now i cant see many reasons for it to go up in the short term....... And i sure a few other possible opertunities that i wanted to take advantage of.....
