    Pita,

    MDT is a REIT like CER
    MDT invests in US community shopping centres like CER
    Both have similar tenants (ex Mervyns for CER)
    Both trusts derive income from property rental income only
    both have higher gearing ratios than most other REITs

    Therefore I think MDT's ann is relevant somewhat to CER
