At 10:3 , you should have 200,000 rights. I know your long term holder, so you definately held on the record date. You are entitled and should follow it up ASAP. At 0.1c its only $200 if you sell em, less brokerage, but still better than a kick in the face. Besides theirs still time for them to move up.

Are your shares issuer or chess sponsored? maybe they dont have your HIN or your address is wrong. Follow it through with Link, im sure it will have a simple solution.
