    MDT say they will appoint a "filing agent" for the affected Unitholders.(Page 82 of offer) I don't know what this means or what it will cost - would be good if MDT (EDT) covered the cost. They say they will try to avoid the need to lodge but no guarantees.

    Sort of reminds me of my investment in BBI which also caused US paperwork which was a hassle and then was also hugely diluted.
