Yes there is quite a few ex-meryns empty until recently I believe there has been some fund paying the rent on them which was setup when meryns went bankrupt. My worry is the lapsed time they have been empty they may be almost unrentable right now. but the just speculation.
The point about the fx is an excellent one and one thing that drew me to this stock however the problem is now that because the aud has droped before the cap raising has been done it maybe required to do another one to raise the difference leading to futher dilution.
however yes earning etc will be higher as well. I think once the US picks up again we could easily see this stock at 10c+
