About two weeks ago, MDX stated that they had a meeting about the information required by the ACMC to make a desicion about the site complex and that Mindax hoped to have the information to ACMC within two weeks - which is about now. I dont think Bromley would increase his stake around the same time as the information is passed to ACMC if he wasnt confident of drilling being approved. Guess we will have to wait and see though.
