You wont see the rights issue in commsec because you havent bought them yet. its a 2 for 5 at 10c based on yesterdays price which is OFFERED to you. not everyone will take them up..
you wont see it on comsec or in your portfolio for another few weeks till you have sent them a cheque and its all hunky dory....
as for todays SP... its going to drop slowly to mid teens until we see some drilling results.. which i hope is this week because that falls under 'early november' per the announcement
