Calzada have only bought the stock when it was on its knees so its an grab for the intellectial property and cash .
Where were they when the stock was 13 cents
it all wont matter shortly they will loose the vote by a fair stretch anyway and you watch them dissapear of the registry shortly after as they have no real long interest in the stock anyway
as for appeasement . they are going for a whole new board here hardly just a token board member.
