The part of this 13.5c that i do not understand is for all the sofisticated investors out there who missed out on the rights issue that were obviouslt privy to some more information than the average goose (oops i mean wise, level headed and rational MAE investor) then why the hell arn't they buying up on market at a discount to pick up the shares that they missed out on as the rights issue was so oversubscribed?
