Hi elguido, If FAR had oppies trading , they would sky rocket with the heads on a positive ANN, ie JVP, FARM IN. But thats not the point , FAR has no oppies. ME has the right to exercise 6 million incentive share options (that are valued at one full share) at 7cps ANY TIME UNTIL MID 1212.
What would the SP be trading after a JVP is ANN or even better FARM IN dates are ANN? 15 20 cps IMO. Nice gain on zero risk!
dpike informative post. Thanks for clarifying ME super fund and AGM. Interesting to note , the AGM was held pre SHELL walking. ME calculated that he could walk on water at that time and consequently the options were pushed through IMOO
