CHM relisted to run a legal action, not to dig holes in the ground. If they get what they are seeking (a very large chunk of Jack Hill and Weld Range assets plus related damages from the various defendants)then Mitsubishi may pack up its bat and ball, go home and leave its legal team to pick over MMX's carass. If they do, the ore is still in the ground and who will come sniffing around, sounds like Fido, could it be Fino, no then try Sino.
Do you really think the colourful characters who went the effort of relisting CHM are just sitting around outside AH's office's awaiting the outcome before the they start to think about what they will do next. I would suggest that they are out and about knocking on doors.
