regarless I am not getting in. It was obviously an out and out ploy to hold the price down, that works with inexperienced traders. I admit to having done the same thing, and still can. For example I have 400000 DVN. So very easy to plonk that up as a sell, (get a U status too), thereby sell off. But it is a risky ploy, particularly with a stock like SWT. In the DVN casae it would be more of a matter of waiting for the buy side to hit the price I want, then get out.
