Yeah not an outlandish statement. I was into M2 in the teens back in 2006. Jumped out at 50 something as I would however they have kept going and growing and acquiring.
I just dont think in this space you could do it . Scale is really important hence why I reckon some deep pockets will have a go but I agree the premium could be significant. Hey tomorrow would suit me just fine :)
Having said that I am only a Beerguy so I am sure the major shareholders will have a plot. They would be much wiser than old Beery and are bound to have an exit strategy. I also note that there isn't really one significant holder so deals can be done.
Anyways it all looks good through this set of beer goggles. Enjoying the ride.
