I could agree with most of that about the Saudi's except they have officially offered to send ground troops into Syria to support the US forces.
As for the Turks imo they are supplying ISIS. Think about it, it has to be one of the countries in that area supplying them.
Given that it has been proven they have allowed ISIS to sell oil via Turkey it makes sense to say that Turkey could well be their supplier.
The Turks wont go into Syria they will just use one of the factions but they don't need to they are in it up to their eyeballs imo.
Saudi's would send troops into Syria to help get rid of Assad imo.

It is a very strange war with the major players using different factions to wage war against the Syrian regime.
It has been estimated by some that the refugee intake into Germany alone to sustain them will cost somewhere around 50,000,000,000 euro and that is just the 1 million that Merkel talks about. There are a lot more that will be heading to Germany before this settles.
