    The real estate sales industry/ property has been the most active in the last few years possibly in the history of sales real estate. Auction clearances have been very high over 70% so a very good chance the listing real estate agent would sell the property.

    Property will travel in cycles- there will be a period of higher interstate rates and properties will take an extended time to sell.
    Ie 2010 to 2012 or GFC

    Mc Grath with super head office costs
    If listings and sales are difficult Mc Grath will lose money
