The one major constant over looked by the price of traffic fines, alcohol and tobacco is the effects on the family budget. I by no means condone the abuse of the above, but the reality is that an already financially stressed family will all suffer. You can max out the price of fags, booze and fines, but in the end the innocent victims will be the children and victims of break and enter crimes. Regardless of the price of drugs and disorderly conduct, the users and abusers will always find the cash, at the expense of the innocent.
