SKOL, the difference you and virtually all Analysts are missing is that, eg, in the case of Orocobre, after six years of commissioning they apparently produce a 98.5% LiCO3, which is industrial grade. They then send that to China to be upgraded to a 99.5% battery grade product, At great cost.
Pilgangoora hard rock easily converts to a 99.999% product. This is why PLS has captured world attention. And this is why PLS is going to fly in the future- quality and quantity of resource
