Not only did ETM only want to exploit REEs and agreed to do the same with the uranium simply to not cause environmental concern. They even submitted such in both their original application options and more fully detailed in a follow up ammended copy to reinforce such after article20 was introduced.
Its very clear the company isnt interested and only doing so under advice from the gog.
