If defaults could trigger a systemic risk to the country then central banks and treasury step in with QE, etc.
Probably same in China.
However, it is historically unique is that China is a leading economy without an open capital account.
I am still waiting for a credible analysis on this since there is NO global precedence to guide the experts.
