re the talk of instos dumping for a quick profit & SP drifting backwards ....

I would like to suggest that a lot of selling since placement would have come from smaller "connected" investors, like a mate of mine, who, as soon as placement was announced, rang his broker who got him 150K of the placement @ .28 - he immediately (he's also a long term holder) put 150K straight back on the market at opening for a quick profit without effecting his LT holding.

I'd suggest there was a fair bit of this happening due to smaller connected investors rather than instos selling, hence the short term slight pull back !!
