I've been watching the US media and it is gutting to see what has become of the Aussie news and current affairs. The Fourth Estate here is crippled and I would have to say that has been on ongoing project. To replace The Truth with their version of the truth. Smash the public broadcaster, control the flow of information into the public discourse. Democracy depends upon the truth, not propaganda. I reckon we are in hazardous territory.
