If i was gadafi i would exectue them at a time when other news headlines dominated - let it go quietly unnoticed - some outrage might come out but it would not be a leading story worldwide - they should be realised but it aint gunna happen - his one party country needs a reason to do it and the trail will be a show trail no less - this is a warning for foreign medical specilaists to avoid all arab countries for fear of this happening.
