Kissie, when you look at it there is not much difference between project devlopment between IBG and OVR over the last 4 years. Last I looked IBG's feasibility study was a few years "overdue". Is that still the case?

Isn't the main difference that OVR stated publicly the project was iced and IBG just went quiet for the last two years?

If IBG had said they were icing the project they would also likely be below cash backing now at half a cent instead of 5.8 cents.

And for the life of me, while OVR was stretching out the permitting quarter by quarter, perhaps it was not *the best idea* to publicly call it off. But I guess you can only make promises for so long.
