Thanks for the comments. Why do you think the DEC would be unwilling to open the comments period again though ?
Ultimately I believe they will rule in favour of fracking however the DEC has shown that it is willing to procrastinate for 4 years already. These bureaucrats thrive on job preservation and inventing issues to procrastinate on.
At $3.50 NG and higher, when they realise they will be receiving substantial taxes they will rule in favour.
