.. How can anybody seriously say that the share price will go to 26c after the SPP and cap raising

... what ... are you expecting those who bought them @$0.28

.. are going to dump them @ 0.26

... the major institutions who have purchased Prima shares are not punters.. they will be buying for the long term hold and for what will be anticipated exceptional future capital growth ...

,,, they are INVESTMENT houses .. they've heard and seen the DNDN story ... and they would love it

... and unlike a lot of ' amateur ' PRR holders .. they wont be watching the share price hourly or even daily ... and will be wise enough to let the game play it's course .

... and with the tax implications of a quick turnover of shares ... with regards to capital gains ... on multimillion dollar investments ... they will hold

the institutions would have had their analysts all over this ... and they would not like ' the look ' of selling out early on a major share ...that may very soon be $0.50 - $1.00

... and with the extra $42 million securely in the coffers .. raised at minmal cost .. and heavily oversubscribed ... reckon that any punter that places his share on @ $0.28 will quickly have them devoured .. as the clammer to get more will be on

... what people seem to feel ... in simple terms is ... " oh no ... all these extra shares are coming onto the market ... their wont be many available to trade

... and with 3 new ' markets ' to feed these new appetites ... and feed existing shares into .. the Share Price can only go one way

These new markets will be comprised of

1. the Institutions
2. the new ' private ' investors as the word spreads ... exponentially
3. The US investor ... via the Nasdaq

PRR will become one of the "Hot Stocks '
... and with the increased media focus, greater number of shares , greater liquidity and larger spread of a shareholder base ... it will become an attractive place for both the daytraders and the long termers..

.. expect increased volumes ... and increased volitility ...

.. you cant predict this new action through charts ... there are too many new impending positive announcements ... and these will boost the share price

... but as to when these announcements come ... and the proven track record of Prima to "Spring ' announcements and news almost at random and unexpectedly ... well ... I'd prefer to have them in my hand

.... The Nasdaq thingy will happen ... the work has been done to list ... the paperwork has been filed .. the expenses have been incurred ...

... it is no ' brainer ' to list ... and I cant fail to see ... why it will not add most significantly to shareholder value ...

the US is the biggest and most sophisticated share market in the world .... and the US investor is not averse to greater risk ... understand ... and have an insatiable appetite for biotechs ...

.. and there will be a tight register to buy from .. and as Prima gets closer and closer to Commercialisation... the share register will become increasingly ever tighter .. forcing upwards pressure on share price .. it is very basic to understand

... and for most of us .. at the moment .. we are in ' unchartered waters ' ...
... with all these variables going on ... Cap raisings .. Trial results ... Nasdaq listings ... increased exposure

... one can be forgiven to feel somewhat confused and uncertain
