I will stipulate that I have very little understanding of TA, so what you have said may very well be the case.
Personally I feel there is too much anticipation of the short term milestones for this to happen, but that is just my opinion.
If one is a short term trader, I guess it would be wise to give those indicators appropriate consideration.
As for me, I have a long term (2-3 years +) view and strategy, based on the fundamentals of PRR, so they have absolutely no relevance in that scenario.
If someone wants to sell me a swag at 26c next week, I'll take em!
